Alfa Laval LKB-F is the flanged version of the LKB hygienic butterfly valve range, built with the same core components for high process hygiene, allowing the valve body to be removed without dismantling the surrounding piping.

• Dairy, food, beverage, brewery and other hygienic process industries
• Installations where frequent valve body removal/servicing is needed without disturbing pipework

Size:

• DN25 - DN150 (DIN), 25 - 101.6 mm (ISO), flange connection

Material:

• Body: Stainless steel 1.4307 (304L) or 1.4404 (316L)
• Disc: Stainless steel 1.4301 (304) or 1.4404 (316L), polished to Ra < 0.8 µm
• Seat/rubber grades: EPDM, FPM, HNBR, or PFA, with EPDM flange seal
