Alfa Laval Unique SSV is a pneumatic single seat valve built on a proven modular platform with over a million units in service, pressed from a single stainless-steel disc for a weld-free, crevice-free valve body.

Application:

• Shut-off or change-over duty in hygiene-critical dairy, food, beverage and personal care processing lines
• EHEDG-certified, 3-A authorized, compliant with EU Food Regulation 1935/2004 for full traceability

• DN25 - DN100 (DIN), 25 - 101.6 mm (ISO/inch tube)
• Capacity: 5,000 - 40,000 l/h

Material:

• Product wetted steel parts: 1.4404 (316L)
• Other steel parts: 1.4301 (304)
• Product wetted seals: EPDM standard (HNBR or FPM optional); TR2 plug seal in PTFE available
• Surface finish: Ra ≤ 0.8 µm (external 3-A bright finish optional)
